Did you replace a computer and now you can't capture images from our hardware? Do you use our imaging software and need a license transferred to a new workstation? Let one of our technicians help over the phone while remotely connected to the computer so they can focus on restoring functionality! This includes as many problems that our technician can reasonable fix on as many computers that they can remotely access within a 30 minute period. On average, they can address issues on about 2 computers every 30 minutes. Intraoral cameras might take less time and x-ray sensors could take longer. For each additional 2 computers, be sure to add this appointment to your cart first, then schedule as many more appointments as you need.
